Warranty

We are passionate about what we do and believe in our products – and think you too should be able to. You put your hard-earned cash into our products and can do so knowing that if there’s a problem or a defect, we will make it right. That’s why we offer a limited lifetime warranty for all of our showers.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Material and coating defects
• Failures or breakages that make the product or a part of it (e.g showerhead, handheld) to become non-functional

Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains, or wear
• Failures or breakages due to misuse, incorrect installation, neglect, or any intentional damage
• Other costs such as cost of workmanship 

Aside from that, we don’t fill our terms with some nonsense clauses. Like mentioned, we stand behind these products and are going to keep our end of the contract. We just ask you to do so too, so please don’t interpret this as a permission to misuse or intentionally break Fennocasa showers. The shower column is not a baseball bat and the handheld is not a hammer. And so on. We believe you get the point.

If you need to make a warranty claim, just contact us via email or the contact form and tell us about the issue and your order number.

Liability Release

Fennocasa is not liable for injuries while installing or using the product nor injuries or damage caused by improper installation. The installation is easy but if you’re unfamiliar with water appliances or uncertain about it, please hire a professional to assemble the shower. Enjoy but be careful while in the shower.
